Around England i am blessed with a large selection of blooms, probably the most magnificent of which are in all probability the spring flowers. Can I use some of the shots with my flower blog? Great points altogether, you simply gained a new reader. What would you suggest about your post that you made a few days ago? Any positive?

    • By Astara Summers, May 11, 2011 @ 8:57 am

Good day, the meditation post for self acceptance would be a good practice to do once a day. You could write in your journal the things you are having difficulty accepting in your self and the things you are very accepting in yourself.
When you do the meditation create an intention to see through to the cause of why you are not allowing yourself to love and accept all aspects of yourself.
This awareness will help you come to love the parts you have ignored or don’t like providing energy for change not only in perception but in some of the activities that are ready for a shift in your daily life.
this paves the way to cultivate a healthy sense of wholeness.

We are sparks of the Divine
