Health and Wholeness

Health is a common topic of conversation. People may focus on their emotional, physical or mental state of wellness or lack there of. For health and wholeness to be a reality we must pay attention to all parts of ourselves. This is easier than one might think. We have a whole day to tend to our whole being.

Spring has Sprung

It is amazing how fast time is flying. We are already in our first week of April. It brings to mind just how important it is to make the most of our days and nights. As we feel the increase of new energy we can make the most of it by simply devoting time on a daily basis to some very basic practices.

On Being a Guru, teacher, healer, guide or expert

Honesty is the best policy. That is an old saying. It applies as much to ourselves as it does to all of life. Be honest with your level of skill. You may be a master at one thing and a beginner at another. Do not attempt to be a master at something you have just begun to learn.

Let your Experience be the catalyst for positive change

Experience is the catalyst for real change. How you perceive your experience makes a difference. Let go of anything you might be holding from those experiences so you can drink from the well spring of wisdom. This is where the real magic begins. As we lighten up, our vibrational signature begins to rise up.

Facebook and other things

Whatever thoughts and ideas we put out into cyber space or take in has an effect on us and others. Our thoughts have power, the spoken word has power, the thoughts and feelings we share in life and on the web have power too. It is wise to consider what we put out there in cyberspace.

Knowing Our True Nature

Our true nature is peaceful and happy. When we resist our own nature we fall prey to anger, illness, depression and so on. I am writing this at a time that has me experiencing sadness and not sure what else but what I do know is that I am not feeling like myself.

Self-Love ~ What does it look like? What does it feel like?

Contrary to what many people believe, those that love themselves deeply do not spend the majority of their days thinking about themselves. The peace that accompanies self-love provides ample room in their consciousness and their life to think of others, to care for others, to share with others and to think of true Source God/Goddess.

Master Higher Levels of Consciousness

For our consciousness to rise up sustainably, we must support it with both healthy loving thoughts and actions. It is a combination of releasing the old and nurturing the new. To master levels of consciousness that are free of denial, guilt, fear and judgment allowing truth and love to flow through us, to us and from us we must practice what we to know to be true.

You are not alone~Free the God Energy Within

There is an old African Proverb that says “ When you pray move your feet” I think it is telling us it is time to apply action to the things we know to be true and the tools we are gathering to assist us in our evolution. Too often we underestimate what we are capable of and what we really know yet some how it nudges us for our attention.

Appreciation, Grace and Curiosity

It has been brought to our attention through science, that the emotions of gratitude and appreciation positively affects our physical heart and brain function making us more creative, better problem solvers and even more intelligent. Frustration on the other hand, shows a marked decrease in creativity, problem solving and intelligence.
